Registration is for players 9 to19 years of age.
Fees for 2009 season – same uniforms as last season
U14-U19 players $200.00 registration fee – uniform purchase $30 if needed
U12 players $140.00 registration fee – uniform purchase $30 if needed
U10 players $90 registration fee – uniforms provided by FFYSA
Please include / bring child’s –
· Birth certificate (copy) – only if haven’t played in the past.
· Medical insurance information
· Emergency contact information
· 1” X 1” picture – smallest school photo works great
· Registration fees
· Medical Release form – back side of registration.
· Uniform size – Samples provided to try on for sizing at registration
Registration deadline is February 27th! Incomplete / unpaid registrations by this date will not be guaranteed a place on a team. Late registration fee of $10.00 will be required after deadline (refund if not placed on a team).
Teams will be formed and coaches assigned. Team placement will be determined by the FFYSA Traveling Committee and Board of Directors. Number of players, player skill and overall development as well as other factors will determine team placement. Teams will be registered with the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. Players will be contacted in early April; practices will begin in early May with games starting in late May.
Be part of your child’s summer! We need help with field maintenance, coaches, assistant coaches, team helpers and referees. Everybody helping - helps make a great soccer program. Ask for an Adult Registration volunteer form and get involved.
